*** Role of #OperationExecutive:

> Collecting the documents from Wealth Associates & scrutinizing the same & punching it in system.

> Handling over the business forms & doing follow-up for the proper activation of A/cs in coordinating with Wealth Associates (WAs) in case of any discrepancies & sorting it out within least TAT.

> Keeping a track of all the business A/cs punched & proper follow-up from time to time.

> Attend clients thru Walk Ins / Telephone & Promote Products & Services offered by AAA.

> Capable to solve after sales query for Products & Services offered by AAA.

> Interaction with other business partners - Imphal, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai, Ahmedabad etc.

*** Role of #CustomerCareExecutive:

> A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services offered by AAA.

> Taking input of issues and their redressal thereof with utmost caring.

> Maintaining records of transactions and interactions existing and prospective as well as walk in customers.
